Application procedures

Students, selected in their Home Institution in the framework of the Erasmus programme, should send the following documents to the International Relations Office till 1st July 2010 at the latest:

- Application Form KRE;
- the Learning Agreement; 
- Accomodation possibilities >1;
- Accomodation possibilities >2;

As soon as the Application Form has arrived at the International Office of Károli University, the Office will check if it falls in the framework of the Bilateral Agreement between the Home University and the Receiving University (KRE).

On their arrival in Budapest, students should already be in possession of the Application Form duly signed and stamped by the Erasmus-coordinators of both institutions. If this is not the case, they should first contact the International Office of Károli University and clearly define their learning programme with the Institutional Erasmus-coordinator.

Our office is located in the centre of the city of Budapest and is open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12 am.
